About the Event
Making cordage is a basic, ancient and essential skill to have in the outdoors. From cordage one can lash shelters, make nets, snares, and fishline, as well as clothing, bags and mats. Many local plants and trees offer us cordage materials, but it is up to us to learn to find, harvest, prepare and make it! Come learn to do just this with a small group at our homestead and with locally gathered materials.
Open to adults and youth 13 and up with registered adult.
Tuition: Â $30
Family rates available with this program.
