About the Event
Come along for a day of gaining familiarity with many wild powerhouses of food production. We will dig roots of various wild plants, forage for some late season greens and fungi, gather nuts for eating, processing, and potentially oil, and look for some late season fruits that may still be available. We will cook a component of lunch together on the fire, and then share a wild lunch of some previously prepared fare. Cost of class includes this wild lunch. Come prepared for a day of being outside, roaming the wilds, and digging in the dirt!
